SMART Estate B.V. is de monumenten bv waarin het pand van het voormalig Pathologisch Anatomisch Laboratorium op het WG terrein in Amsterdam Oud West is ondergebracht. Dit pand is ten behoeve van de internationale kunstinstelling SMART Project Space aangekocht en ontwikkeld tot een multifunctioneel platform voor hedendaagse beeldende kunst met tentoonstellingszalen, een auditorium annex vlakke vloertheater, filmzalen, projectruimten en ateliers voor een internationaal residency programma. DOEN participeert in de aankoop van het pand waarin dit nieuwe culturele complex is gevestigd.
