Benelux Afro Center (BAC) is een vereniging die leden van de Afrikaanse diaspora in Brussel in 1998 oprichtten om zelfstandigheid te stimuleren. De vereniging werkt aan onderwijs en werkgelegenheid voor Afrikanen en een betere integratie in hun gastland via sociale economie. Daarnaast doet ze aan ontwikkelingssamenwerking via programma’s om in het Zuiden de digitale kloof te beperken en de gezondheidssector te ondersteunen. Het Benelux Afro Center wil de verworvenheden van de Afrikaanse immigranten ook inzetten om hun herkomstland verder te ontwikkelen. Triodos Bank heeft een voorfinanciering verleend voor de subsidies die de DGOS (Directie-Generaal Ontwikkelingssamenwerking) toekende aan de vzw.
