TYM

TYM (Tinh Thuong One Member Limited Liability Microfinance Institution) is the first licensed microfinance institution in Vietnam. Its mission is to improve the quality of life and status of poor and poorest women and their families by providing groups of women in community with appropriate financial and non-financial services, offering them opportunities to participate in economic activities and raising their role in society. Triodos-Doen has provided a local currency loan to TYM. Its growth potential, focus on women entrepreneurship and dedicated management makes it a good fit with the fund’s portfolio.
