What are the Triodos EIS Funds?
The Triodos EIS Funds target growing companies with a strong business plan and an experienced management to deliver it.
Who are EIS Funds aimed at?
The Funds invest solely in the sustainability sector. More specifically, in high-growth businesses involved in renewable energy generation and technology, energy efficiency, sustainable living and low carbon products, and waste recycling and reduction.
The Funds will only invest in businesses that can offer shareholders an exit within three-to five years, and qualify for investment under the UK Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS). You can find guidelines for this scheme at the HM Revenue & Customs website.
