Dan Hird - Head of Corporate Finance
Dan is lead adviser on corporate finance and investment management projects for clients. Dan trained with KPMG in Bristol and spent 6 years within KPMG Corporate finance as a lead adviser on a range of mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and fundraising deals. Dan left KPMG to establish his own corporate finance business which completed over 80 transactions, mainly in the SME sector over a seven year period. Dan then joined a major retailer as Finance Director. Dan was also Finance Director of a rapidly growing manufacturing business and led two growth capital finance raising projects to enable expansion and relocation.
Alex Connor - Investor Relations Manager
Alex focuses on distribution and marketing of the social and environmental investment offerings managed by Triodos. Prior to joining Triodos, Alex worked for nine years as an equity analyst, analysing listed companies from a diverse range of sectors - including property, energy, consumers and telecoms.
Alex also spent two and a half years in the fundraising team at Comic Relief responsible for raising funds from the corporate sector. She has also undertaken voluntary work for the Wildlife and Countryside Link, which brings together environmental voluntary organisations in the UK to work to effect change.
Lydia Westmore - Corporate Finance Manager
Lydia works in the corporate finance team advising clients on a range of activities including capital raisings and valuation exercises. Prior to joining Triodos, Lydia spent a year working in lead advisory for a boutique firm in Bath focusing on SME mergers and acquisitions activity with particular focus on corporate recovery and refinancing. Lydia trained with Deloitte and spent nearly five years in the audit department with involvement in a broad range of engagements.
Jeremy Pannell- Corporate Finance Manager
Jeremy is a Corporate Finance Manager focused on capital raising projects. Prior to joining Triodos, Jeremy worked for a regional boutique specialising in mergers and acquisitions, strategy and market intelligence. During his two years there, Jeremy worked closely with SMEs, advising on management buy-outs, equity raising and company valuation.
Previously Jeremy spent five years with Smith and Williamson, focusing on audit mandates for both owner-managed businesses and AIM listed clients.
Diana Gerry - Corporate Finance Manager
Diana focuses on advising clients on various investment management projects. Diana trained with Grant Thornton and spent four years in the Grant Thornton Corporate Finance team advising on a range of merger and acquisitions activity with a focus on the SME market. Prior to joining Triodos, Diana worked as a New Business analyst at Oasis Healthcare, a corporate dentistry company, appraising and managing acquisition opportunities.
