From Tuesday 13 May there will be an open offer for new ordinary shares, available to both existing and prospective investors.

This share issue is open for a limited period only. A comprehensive prospectus will be available from Triodos Bank describing the investment in detail. If you have already requested a Triodos Renewables prospectus or if you are an existing Triodos Renewables shareholder, you don’t need to do anything now. We will send you your prospectus as soon as it’s available. Please note that shares in Triodos Renewables are traded by Brewin Dolphin Securities, who provide a matched bargain market on our behalf. For the duration of the share issue, the market is temporarily closed.
When the market is open, Brewin Dolphin holds a matching day each month when registered sellers are matched with registered buyers. This is done on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. The money is then sent to the seller after deduction of charges and the buyer receives a share certificate. Sales or purchases not matched are carried forward to the next matching day one month later and remain on the market until a buyer or seller is found.
