Quaker Social Housing Treasurers Account
Designed to meet the needs of organisations, this account offers a flexible way to save your reserve funds. This account is available as a high-interest cheque account or a 33 days notice reserve account. In partnership with the Quaker Housing Trust, the funds are targeted to improving the lives of homeless or poorly-housed people.
- This account is only available to organisations.
- You can open this account with £5,000 or more.
- Your funds are targeted to Quaker-related housing projects, other community housing initiatives and other Quaker projects, depending on where the funds are deemed most necessary at the time.
- To achieve the best rate of return, a minimum balance of £5,000 must be maintained.
- This account is available on either an instant access or 33 days notice basis.
- Payments can be made out of the instant access account by standing order or Direct Debit.
- A cheque book is available on the instant access account.
- Interest is paid quarterly on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.
- You can chose to have your interest paid directly into your account or into another bank account of your choice.
- You can also choose to donate all of your interest to the Quaker Housing Trust.
