Managing an existing account online

All our accounts can be managed online. Full internet banking access is available for the Triodos Saver, Triodos Cash ISA, Triodos Regular Saver, Triodos Charity Saver accounts and Triodos Cash ISA (TOISA). You can also access the Triodos Renewable Energy Bond and Young Saver accounts online but you can't make payments from these accounts.

    Key features and benefits
    Once registered you will be able to do the following online:

    • make payments to nominated accounts, subject to the notice period
    • download statements/transaction histories
    • choose to receive information from us electronically, rather than by post
    • make changes to some of your personal details and account settings:
      • your address 
      • your e-mail address
      • your telephone numbers
      • how you recieve your statements
      • salutation (how we address you in letters and e-mails)
      • the percentage donation you make to your chosen charity (Triodos Charity Saver accounts only)
      • session timeout limits (how long you want to remain logged in to internet banking when there’s no activity)
      • the order in which your accounts are listed when you log in

    Changing an existing Triodos Cash ISA or Saver to an Online only account

    If you have a Triodos Cash ISA or Saver it’s possible to to change your existing account to an online account.
