We are pleased to be recruiting for an Interim Digital Marketing Executive on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager you will support and contribute to the development, operation and maintenance of all the UK Triodos online channels and the launch of a new UK website in 2018. The role will involve all aspects of digital campaign planning and measurement, customer journey optimisation and project management. You will be managing our online change request process, ensuring content is compliant, up to date and in line with the overall business and marketing strategies of the Bank. You will also be a key user of our eCRM tool. Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the launch and migration to the new UK website
  • Working with project manager to help plan activity and manage stakeholders during the migration process
  • Development of on-site user journeys and production of supporting copy and digital assets
  • Building the site structure and the site content with the CM
  • Making sure that SEO is maintained pre, at and post site migration
  • Development and management of site performance and business reporting
  • Supporting content updates on existing website platforms
  • Assisting with the delivery of the eCRM programme to all customers and prospects
  • Work with the communications team to develop and manage our social media channels 
  • On-going analysis and reporting of all on-line channels, analysing results to recommend improvements 
  • Support digital marketing activities, including online advertising, PPC and SEO

A keen interest in all things digital and an understanding of digital tools and applications in this ever-evolving market is required for this role. You will have had hands-on experience in CMS systems, considering online user experiences, customer journey and an understanding of optimising websites for conversion and SEO. You will need a good knowledge of eCRM systems, including data management, and manipulation. Experience of website migration projects and copywriting skills would be an advantage.   You will have an eye for detail, be able to follow pre-set guidelines and a 'can do' attitude combined with an affinity to the Triodos Bank values.

In return for your commitment and hard work, you will receive a competitive basic of up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus a benefits package including:
