Reporting to the Strategy & Campaign Manager, whom you'll work closely with, you will assist the Marketing & Communications team with campaign co-ordination, material creation, team administration (including budget co-ordination, oversight of departmental policies and processes) and online activity as needed. Your main areas of responsibility will be to:

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure clear communication and delivery of bank-wide marketing communications activity across Business Banking, Retail Banking, Investments and Corporate Finance
  • Produce and manage a range of customer mailings
  • Manage our online 'Know Where Your Money Goes' function, and ensure it is updated in a timely fashion when new loans are made
  • Provide regular activity reports and updates to various departments, working collaboratively with the Communications Executive to produce these
  • Assist and co-ordinate the production of new materials, and updates to existing ones, including oversight and management of the master materials list
  • Oversee the interest rate change process which deals with changing all Personal Banking application forms, amending interest rate summary sheets for Personal Banking and Business Banking and the mailing of all existing customers
  • Arrange and schedule design and print jobs
  • Assist and support the Events Officer with events, as required
  • Assist the Head of Marketing & Communications and Strategy & Campaign Manager with project/campaign management and team administration tasks
  • Ensure costs are agreed by the Head of Marketing & Communications and/or Strategy & Campaign Manager and manage purchase order process
  • Upload contact events onto the Triodos banking systems when a mailing has occurred
  • Oversee and co-ordinate the schedule of Co-Worker meetings working with Head of Marketing & Communications and Steering Group

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent attention to detail, be project-management minded and comfortable handing a wide range of tasks at the same time, a problem solver, initiative driven and capable of working to deadlines. Strong administrative skills and communicating clearly with confidence are important. A clear interest in a career in marketing communications is important together with a basic understanding of marketing and communications principles.

In return for your commitment and hard work, you will receive a competitive basic of up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus a benefits package including:

  • Non-contributory pension scheme from your first day of 5% in year 1 and 10% from year 2 onwards
