We’re celebrating Organic September by giving away a bumper selection of organic prizes to one lucky winner, plus organic bundles to two runners up.

The Soil Association’s Organic September is a celebration of everything organic and a reminder of why it’s so important to all of us. Not only is organic better for the planet, it also reduces our exposure to harmful pesticides, helps protect our wildlife and encourages higher standards of animal welfare.

Organic September Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions
 
The following information and terms and conditions relate to Triodos Bank NV (UK Branch) prize draw to 'Win Organic Prizes' (the 'Promotion'). By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 'The Promoter and Administrator' of this action is Triodos Bank NV (UK Branch) whose registered office is at Deanery Road, Bristol, BS1 5AS and whose registered company number is 183366.

1. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

2. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over only.

3. Employees of Triodos Bank NV (UK Branch) and (the 'Prize Partners') Canopy & Stars, Cafédirect, Neal’s Yard Remedies, the Soil Association, Ethical Superstore, Pukka Herbs, Rude Health, Island Bakery, Chocolate Tree and Riverford Organic Farmers, their partners, trustees or any company involved in the Promotion, or members of their families or households, are not eligible to win.

4. The Promotion opens at 9:30am BST 1st September 2018 and closes 5:00pm BST 30th September 2018 (the 'Promotion Period'). No entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be valid. The promoter has the authority to amend, extend or withdraw this without prior notice at any time during this period.

5. Entry is limited to one per person.

6. The Promotion is free to enter - no purchase is necessary.

7. To enter the Promotion, you must fill in a form on Triodos Bank NV (UK Branch’s) website.

8. Proof of entry, is not proof of receipt.

9. The Promoter and Administrator accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to the Promotion.

10. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter and Administrator that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.

11. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

12. The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any entrant and withhold prizes if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these rules or if they do not comply with any of these terms and conditions.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and any amendments will be published on the 'Triodos Bank NV (UK Branch)' website.

14. Promotion winner and runners up will be chosen at random by the Administrator, unless specified otherwise, from all qualifying entries within 3 business days of the Promotion Period ending.

15. Promotion winner and runners up will be contacted within 3 business days of the random draw taking place.

16. The Promoter and Administrator will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner and runners up using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Promotion. If a winner or runner up does not respond within three days of the first notification, the winner and runners up forfeit the right to claim the Prize. Neither the Promoter nor Administrator shall be responsible should the winner or runners up provide incorrect contact or delivery details.

17. Should a winner or runner up forfeit or refuse their prize the Administrator will draw another winner or runner up at random from all qualifying entries. This process will continue until the prize is claimed.

18. The winners and runners up will be asked to receive their prize(s) in accordance with these terms and conditions and any other instructions provided by the Administrator and the Promoter.

19. All travel, holiday or health insurance, passports and any required visas shall be the responsibility of the prize winner and runners up and not the Promoter, Administrator or Prize Partner.

20. All prizes are subject to availability.

21. Additional costs not laid out in these terms and conditions are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the prize winner and runners up and not the Promoter, the Administrator or the Prize Partner.

22. The Promoter, Administrator, Prize Partner and their associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion or the winners'/runners up’ enjoyment of the prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

23. Promotion winner and runners up names may be published on the Triodos Bank NV (UK Branch) website, associated social media accounts and in marketing emails.

24. The information provided by entries who have not consented to us using their details for marketing will be deleted in line with our Data Retention and Deletion Policy (within 14 days from the prize being claimed).

25. After 30th September 2018 and for the following 3 months, the name and county of residence of the winner will be available upon written request to Marketing Department, Triodos Bank NV (UK Branch), Deanery Road, Bristol, BS1 5AS. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

26. The winner and runners up may be requested to take part in promotional activity in relation to this competition only, without compensation and the Promoter reserves the right to use the names and place of residence (town/city) of winners/photographs of them in any publicity.

27. The Promoter will share the winner and runner ups’ name and email address with the prize providers in order for these entrants to receive their prizes.

28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

29. All valid and successful entries made during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the prize consisting of:

31. Individual Prize Partner Terms and Conditions apply and are listed below.

32. Canopy & Stars Terms and Conditions
a. The prize draw is to win a 3-night weekend break (Fri-Mon) at The Tree of Life Horsebox. The stay is available from 1st April 2019 to 31st October 2019, and subject to availability (excluding half-term(s), July and August). If the winner has already made a booking at The Tree of Life Horsebox the prize can be claimed against this booking.
b. The stay is on a self-catering basis. Travel to and from the prize destination is not included. The stay is subject to availability and must be booked no later than 16th November 2018. If the holiday is not booked by this point or the holiday itself not taken before the dates outlined above, the prize will be withdrawn. Once confirmed, the booking is final and cannot be amended.
c. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable. d. The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.
e. The holiday element of the prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize to an alternative destination of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.

32. Cafédirect Terms and Conditions
a. The promotion winner will receive 12 x Cafédirect Machu Picchu Fair Trade Ground Coffee 227G.
b. There is no cash alternative
c. Cafédirect reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason.

34. Soil Association Terms and Conditions
a. The promotion winner will receive a year's standard charity membership for one person to the Soil Association.
b. The two promotion runners-up will each receive a year’s standard charity membership for one person to the Soil Association.
c. Membership will commence for one year from the prize draw date (which will be within 3 business days of the Promotion Period ending).
c. The winner will receive all membership benefits for standard charity membership.
d. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to opt out of any membership benefits they do not wish to subscribe to.
e. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

35. Ethical Superstore Terms and Conditions
