Philip Bazin - Team Leader
Philip Bazin has been managing our environment team since 2013. He has extensive experience in project and asset finance in the renewable energy sector, and is a regular speaker at industry events.
Prior to joining Triodos Bank, Philip worked on many large public sector led infrastructure projects, including raising finance for energy and waste management projects.

David Hawes - Senior Relationship Manager
David has over 40 years’ experience in banking and has been with Triodos Bank since we first came to the UK.
He has experience across most of the sectors we operate in, but now specialises in finance for renewable energy projects. Principally, he works on wind and hydro power projects.
Steve Moore - Relationship Manager
Steve joined Triodos Bank in 2002 and is our lead specialist in lending to the hydropower sector. He has over 25 years’ experience in corporate and commercial banking.
Over the years, he has played a significant role in our lending to the renewable energy sector, across a range of generation technologies including onshore wind, solar and hydro.

Norrie Cruickshank - Relationship Manager (Scotland)
Norrie started working life as a paralegal in Edinburgh, before joining the banking world over 15 years ago. Throughout his career, he has held a range of roles serving commercial and corporate clients, and brought extensive experience with him when he joined Triodos Bank in 2011.
Now, Norrie specialises in arranging finance for renewable energy projects throughout Scotland, from our office in Edinburgh.

James Miller - Assistant Relationship Manager
James has been working in finance since graduating from university in 2011. He joined Triodos Bank in 2012. As a Triodos Ambassador, James can be seen speaking and representing the bank at a wide range of events.
He works within the renewable energy team to arrange finance for renewable energy projects, with a focus on helping community energy groups secure the finance they need.
James also enjoys playing rugby for a local Bristol team and cricket when it’s sunny.
