Simon Crichton - Team Leader
Simon has over 15 year of agricultural banking experience and leads the Food, Farming and Trade Team at Triodos Bank.
Joining the Bank in 2009 he also manages a portfolio of projects over England and Wales as well as managing our relationship with key partners such as the Soil Association and the Organic Trade Board.
Simon is an organic food enthusiast from a farming family. He likes to grow his own food in his spare time, and goes on the occasional run.

Mark Ogden - Relationship Manager
Mark has almost 40 years banking experience in a wide range of roles including trading businesses and real estate.
He manages a diverse portfolio of existing clients across England and Wales and introduces new projects to the Bank, particularly in the areas of community ownership and sustainable property.
Sue Walker - Relationship Manager
Sue joined Triodos Bank in 2014 to work with organic farmers. She has over 19 years of banking experience, and has spent the last 7 years specialising in agriculture.
She now manages portfolio of customers across the South West of England and Wales, varying from organic dairy farmers to horticulturalists, alongside mixed farming enterprises with a focus on green tourism and the environment.
From a dairy farming background, Sue is passionate about sustainable farming practices, biodiversity and organic food production.
Michelle Wilson - Relationship Manager (Scotland)
Michelle has over 15 year's experience working in the banking industry and joined Triodos Bank in 2015.
Based in Edinburgh, Michelle is our local expert on sustainable tourism and organic farming for our Scottish customers.
At home, Michelle enjoys music and football with her husband and young son.
