The programme is designed to improve accommodation, mental health and education and employment prospects for vulnerable and entrenched rough sleepers, as well as offer tailored support in relation to drug and alcohol misuse.

Working alongside St Mungo’s in London; St Mungo’s, Bristol Drugs Project and Second Step in Bristol; and P3 (People Potential Possibilities) in Gloucestershire and Lincolnshire, Triodos Corporate Finance has helped secure £973k of funding, principally via private placements with institutional social investors, to finance the delivery of £5m of payment-by-results contracts awarded to the charities in order to work with 540 rough sleepers to rebuild their lives.
