This section explains the support we offer, from help if you’ve lost your debit card to advice for those experiencing financial difficulty.

Contact team

Our friendly contact team, based in our Bristol head office, offer telephone support. We’re open to respond to enquiries from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. If you need to speak to us urgently with regards to account security, we also have weekend support available from 10am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday. Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Find out how to contact us.

Card support

For calls relating to debit card queries (i.e. to report a lost or stolen card, or a transaction that you do not recognise) we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Financial difficulties

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, or are worried about any aspect of your account, then you can contact us.

Alternatively, please seek advice from an independent support service such as the Citizens’ Advice Bureau or the Money Advice Service.


We understand that having to register a bereavement can be difficult. Please contact us if you need any support or have questions about how to register. The British Banking Association also have a useful guide for customers here.

Power of attorney

A power of attorney is a legal arrangement which gives the named attorney the right to act on behalf of the account holder (the donor), in order to help them to manage their financial affairs.
