How do I report my card lost or stolen?

To report your card lost or stolen please call us on 0330 355 0355 to speak to our 24/7 card services department. Unfortunately we do not have a facility to offer emergency cash in the instance where your card has been lost or stolen. A new debit card should arrive within five working days.
