Why don't you provide 24/7 customer service?

We have a contact team based in Bristol who are available to answer calls 8am - 6 pm Monday - Friday. Our card services department is based in the UK and is open 24/7 if you need to report your card lost or stolen or repost a suspicious card transaction. We have weekend support available 10am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday to respond to customer calls regarding blocked internet banking access or report suspicious activity on their accounts. All can be accessed via our main telephone number of 0330 355 0355 or +44 117 973 9339 if calling from outside the UK
