I’ve noticed something suspicious on my account, what should I do?

If you notice something suspicious on your account please call the customer contact team on 0330 355 0355. If this relates to a card transaction our card department can be called 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For other transactions our contact team is available 8 - 6 Monday - Friday and 10 - 4 Saturday and Sunday. If you notice suspicious card activity or have mis placed your card you can temporarily block your card by texting TRIODOS LOCK, followed by your six digit access code (this is displayed in the cards section in your internet banking and was the code you used to activate your card) , followed by the last four digits of the sixteen digit number on the front of your card (this is displayed in your internet banking cards screen)  to 57887. For example TRIODOS LOCK 123456 1234. If you have lost your card please call us to report this - our card services are open 24/7 on 0330 355 0355.
