Joe and Izzy Dyke are third generation organic farmers at Belle Vue Farm in Wiltshire. The 110-acre farm also has holiday tents and a farm shop is open in the Summer months. Joe also runs weekly tours of the farm explaining the benefits of organic farming to holiday makers.
