Koen van Schriek and Wendy Evers are the entrepreneurs of an organic dairy farm in the municipality of Zeddam, the Netherlands. The 130 cows are milked with a robot. They recently started offering raw milk through a milk tap on the road. Organic production is also distinct from conventional milk.
