Organic dairy farm Santing in the Netherlands only produces organic milk and meat. Janklaas Santing is the owner of the company. After completing his master's degree in Organic Agriculture at the University of Wageningen and a long-term partnership with his father, he decided to take over the company. The dairy farm consists of 60 hectares of land and is located near Fochterloërveen in Friesland. Half of the land is owned by Santing. The other half is leased from Natuurmonumenten. Most of the land is used for grazing cattle and forage for the winter. 4 hectares are used for the production of their own roughage. The company's milk is processed by Henry Willig in Katwoude and Heerenveen.
