Kreddha is the International Peace Council for States, Peoples and Minorities, which is guided by eminent persons from all parts of the world. Its mission is to prevent and solve intrastate conflicts.

These are conflicts between population groups such as indigenous peoples or minorities on the one hand, and the sovereign state governments that exercise jurisdiction over them on the other hand.

When asked by one or both parties, the organisation facilitates a meaningful dialogue and a peace process between state governments and the leaders of population groups. In this way, Kreddha aims to assist the involved parties to create the conditions for diverse communities to live in peace and to participate actively in the society to which they belong. In addition Kreddha engages in research on different aspects of intrastate conflicts, and helps to implement peace agreements.
