Conygree Farm is a 180 acre organic and regenerative farm in the heart of the Cotswolds, forming part of the National Trust’s Sherborne Park Estate. Tenants, Jonty and Mel Brunyee, farm in harmony with nature. They keep rare breed Cotswold Sheep, Traditional Hereford cattle and Old Spot pigs, working to the highest environmental and animal welfare standards, producing award winning lamb, hogget, mutton, beef and pork to sell through their pop-up farm shop. Their animals are free range and reared on a diverse pasture-fed diet. They also run an organic no-dig market garden and veg box scheme for local consumers. Funding from Triodos has enabled the farm to purchase three giant hat tipis and the infrastructure required to deliver unique corporate away days, education events, farm visits, eco-weddings and parties in their wildflower meadows. This diversification will be certified by the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
