Group Risk Management is located at the international Head Office in Zeist is closely linked with and services the European business units. In the area of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague who wants to work with us to enhance our view and analysis of corporate risks, as well as further develop our risk appetite in support of the strategy and realization of the bank's mission. At this moment Triodos Bank has a vacancy for an Enterprise Risk Manager, who reports to the Group Head of ERM and supports the ERM Team in achieving its objectives and strategy. As reputational risk is one of the enterprise risks, for which ERM is responsible, part of your work would be dedicated to further shape this important and dynamic risk area.
About the role
be responsible for the further development and embedding of the area of enterprise risk management with a special focus on reputational risk.
initiate improvements within your sphere of competence and actively engage with fellow group functions, business units and senior management to effectively structure and implement them.
prepare regular as well as ad hoc reports, analyses, policies and advice, directed at supporting business lines, functions and senior management in making informed decisions.
conduct outside-in research and develop forward looking capabilities to bring new insights to the table and strengthen the ERM capabilities.
The teamNext to the group head of ERM the ERM team consists of an enthusiastic group of young professionals (3 FTE) dedicated to specific tasks, but sharing the bank's values and ERM objectives, always ready to support each other and join forces whenever required.

academic degree or possessing relevant professional qualifications.
minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience within a financial institution and/or associated advisory capacity.
affinity or experience with risk management as well as being able to combine a risk attitude with business understanding.
strong analytical skills with an eye for quality and the ability to effectively structure or simplify apparently complex matters.
