HR Business Partner - 12 Months FTC

About the role

The Opportunity:

We are delighted to be currently recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner on a 12 months FTC basis, this opportunity offers hybrid / remote working but will involve regular travel to our head office in the Netherlands.

In this role you will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders of Triodos, influencing and steering direction of all people related activities within the functional implementation of the Triodos Operating model (TOM). As HRBP you will be a senior contributor and overseer of the development of tools and interventions required by the business as it embarks on the TOM change programme, ensuring the functional implementation align with the key principles and with care and consideration for anyone involved in the process.

The HRBP role will range from reviewing and developing support materials for managers, guidance and support for other HR professionals involved in supporting the implementation (such as the local HR teams), support and steering of the processes required by the Dutch works council and the works councils of the other countries of Triodos, and alignment of the TOM approach with HR colleagues in other roles across the organization.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to lead and challenge other senior leaders within the bank, ensuring that decisions made are always in line with the right outcome for people and teams. You will have experience in coaching and mentoring and be able to deal positively with pressure and strict timeframes.

You will be able to conduct informal (and if necessary formal) monitoring of co-worker engagement during the TOM programme, calling out when issues or concerns are identified and working with the appropriate business or HR colleagues to resolve will be a key requirement.

Attention to detail, strong relationship building, business partnering, change management and influencing skills are also needed for this opportunity.

What we offer

In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a salary of between 41k - 48k depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory! Our benefits include:
