About the role

We are excited to be currently recruiting for a Global Mobility Manager on a 24 months FTC basis, this opportunity offers hybrid / remote working but will involve regular travel to our head office in the Netherlands.

The Global Mobility Manager will work as part of the Triodos Operating Model (TOM) Implementation team, in partnership with the business and HR colleagues, to oversee the smooth transition of individuals through the phases of re-organisation over the coming two years. Working in partnership with colleagues in recruitment, Group HR, local HR and finance as well as external outplacement partners to ensure co-workers feel supported and receive a high-quality experience throughout.

This role is a senior position, responsible for overseeing the people processes required to support the changes planned as part of TOM. To date, Triodos has not been through a change programme of this scale, requiring the skills and support of an experienced mobility manager

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you will have strong change management experience, relationship building, business partnering and influencing skills, combined with relevant experience of international change programmes, including administering and monitoring all insourced and outsourced services and activities. The role will be working closely with the European HR teams and works councils and experience of implementing change in European countries would be highly advantageous to this role.

Able to communicate effectively and with confidence at all levels, you will also be able to deal positively with pressure and strict timeframes and to steer the business according to the overriding principles of the TOM project.

The ability to coach, mentor and train managers and co-workers in all people transition related activities of the TOM programme will also be a key requirement for this role.

In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of between 54k - 60k depending on experience plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory! Our benefits include:
