The Opportunity:

We are delighted to be currently recruiting for a Communications Officer on a 12 months FTC basis, this opportunity offers hybrid / remote working but will involve regular travel to our head office in the Netherlands.

In the role of communications officer you will work closely with the Communications Manager for the Triodos Operating Model (or TOM for short) in all aspects of the project’s internal communications activity.

Responsibilities in this role will include writing articles for Engage (Our intranet) , facilitating Town Halls and other online and in-person meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations and communications materials and helping to deliver the strategic communications for the project.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you will have relevant experience of managing multiple, complex projects to time and on budget, combined with excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills.

Self-motivated, you will be able to take initiative within a team context and monitor many diverse tasks whilst working under pressure and to tight timelines.

Knowledge and experience of internal communications are highly desirable for this role.

What we are offering:

In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory! Our benefits include:

  • Non-contributory pension scheme from your first day of 8% in year 1 and 10% from year 2 onwards
