At Triodos Bank, we depend on the development of each co-worker to achieve our mission. So training and education are a very important part of our co-worker policy. Our training programme, which involves individual and group sessions, includes special courses focusing on the development of personal and professional skills.

Triodos Academy

We have our own Triodos Academy, offering courses and seminars on management development and visionary leadership, as well as co-worker seminars on the values at the heart of the bank. Co-workers are responsible for their own development, with their managers and the HR department playing a supporting and guiding role.
