Values team
At Triodos we try hard to live and breathe our values, so there is a team of co-workers that promote our values at the Bank. A collective voice is important in building an open, transparent environment within Triodos, where co-workers feel their contributions and ideas will be valued. It is very important to us to have a broad representation of views which is why we have created the team made up of co-workers from across the Bank. The values team also listen to co-workers’ ideas and concerns, and take them up with the management team, with a view to changing things for the better.
Co-worker co-creation
We encourage all co-workers to co-create, which means believing that key business ideas and strategy come not only from senior management but from everyone within Triodos. We believe this gives all co-workers a real opportunity to influence the direction of the company and feel they belong.
