Angmering Community Land Trust was established to provide affordable housing in an area of high demand and low supply. Homes in the locality are often sold quickly, raising house prices in an already unaffordable area for some buyers or where market rents are too high to be affordable. Many of the homes provided are for blue light and local authority workers. The new Triodos lending provides funding for 5 homes.
