KMF is the largest microfinance institution in Kazakhstan and one of the leaders in the microfinance sector in Central Asia. It offers a wide variety of financial products and services to low-income households and small businesses, thereby contributing to the social and economic development of the country.
In recent years, it has embarked on the journey to digital transformation. First steps include the use of tables that are now used by all employees who work in the field and by those who take credit decisions at the branches and head office. Loan applications and disbursements can be reviewed more quickly using these tablets. KMF has also launched an app for existing clients, which means that they can apply for a long using a smartphone.
