Yes, so long as we have already received details of the Power of Attorney so that we have proof in place that you are legally entitled to act on our customers behalf.
You will need to complete the Personal data rights request form below with the details of our customer on whose behalf you are making the request and add a cover letter with your own details (name, address, relationship to the person you are making the request about). We will also need you to enclose proof of your identity. You can contact us for a list of what documents are acceptable for confirming your ID.
I would like to change my marketing preferences, do I need to contact you?
Usually there is no charge.
However, guidance from the Information Commissioner's Office says that we may charge a fee where a request "is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if it is repetitive".
We will consider each request we receive on a case-by-case basis, and if we consider that it does fall into one of the categories above, we will notify you of the potential charges before we continue.
If you have an on-line account, you can simply log in and make the changes. If you have a postal account you can write to us with your old and new address details, your account number, telephone number and a signature.
If you are making a request on your own behalf then the Data Subject is you.
If you are making a request about someone else's data (for example, if you have the legal right to do so as you hold a Power of Attorney) then the person whose data you are enquiring about is the Data Subject.

Where ID has been requested, please send a certified copy of your identification document. Should you send us a copy of your identification card or drivers licence, please make sure you send a copy of both sides. Details of acceptable identification documents are sent out with a request for ID.
A verified request will be processed within one month of receipt. Where necessary, confirmation of your identity and understanding of your request may be required.
This time may be extended where requests are complex or numerous. If this is the case, you will be informed within one month of receipt of your request.
