B4RN

Broadband for the Rural North (B4RN) is a community benefit society delivering full-fibre broadband to some of the UK’s most remote communities. B4RN’s mission is to connect underserved rural areas across the North of England, where traditional providers have often deemed infrastructure investment commercially unviable. The organisation is owned by 3,300 members and reinvests profits back into the community, including providing free internet access to local primary schools and supporting digital inclusion initiatives.
