ELITE is a social enterprise providing employment support to people with disabilities or disadvantages. It helps people into employment by gaining valuable skills and experience and supports them into the local community with guidance counselling, preparation courses, employment visits, and more. The loan from Triodos is to purchase the site of one of the charity’s social enterprises, so it can expand its valuable help to communities and individuals across Wales.
