The Energy Advisory Service SCIO is a charity arm of Tighean Innse Gall, a housing and energy agency for the Outer Hebrides. It provides support to households by helping them lower their energy costs, and live more sustainable, healthier and affordable lives. Along with many other things this free service also educates residents on how to reduce their carbon footprint and improve energy efficiency.
