Ormidale House offers luxury holiday accommodation for up to 75 guests. It is made up of four houses and located on a 22 acre estate on Argyll’s ‘Secret Coast’. Under its current owners the house has made huge improvements in its sustainability, including thorough changes to its recycling and waste management, and through the use of renewable energy. It has been awarded a Silver Award by Green Tourism in Scotland and is working to achieve Gold. Ormidale’s owner transferred their existing loans to Triodos because they wanted a bank that shared their values and commitment to sustainability.
