Established in 1980, Phoenix Community Housing (PCH) operates as a registered housing provider and fully mutual cooperative in East London. It is exclusively governed by its tenant members with memberships available only to those living in PCH properties. The cooperative's focus is offering homes to single individuals in housing needs who are otherwise unable to afford accommodation. PCH also actively fosters a sense of community facilitating skill acquisition and friendship development amongst its members.
