The Rural Urban Synthesis Society (RUSS) is a community-led housing group pioneering to create affordable homes. The homes are high quality, sustainable and permanently affordable to future generations, made available to people who meet the scheme’s affordability criteria. The project includes communal food-growing and gardening, an accessible playground, and a shared laundry. The homes are designed for a low-carbon future and will boast eco features, such as harvesting rainwater.
