St Goran CLT Ltd

St Goran is a small coastal parish on the south coast of Cornwall. The Church Flats and School Rooms are long standing community assets providing low cost accommodation and a traditional community facility for the village and the surrounding area. Ownership was complicated and the building had fallen into a poor state of repair, but our funding enabled the community to acquire the whole, reconfigure and refurbish the existing accommodation to a high standard, create further much needed living accommodation and provide a modern, versatile community space. The 5 affordable rented flats are now fully occupied and owned by the community for the benefit of local people.
