Tregarthen Hotel and Cottages is a hospitality business based in St. Mary’s, Isle of Scilly, operating 32 hotel rooms and 6 holiday cottages. With our loan, they are able to reconfigure hotel to create a boutique offering, as well as constructing 4 self-catering cottages, as well as looking to reduce their fossil fuels by installing extensive solar PV array, in order to generate their own electricity.
