Watchet Bowling Club is a registered community amateur sports club situated in the harbour town of Watchet. The club is an all-inclusive organisation with age membership ranging from under 15 to over 80, across a wide spectrum of society. It is one of the most successful clubs in the South West, playing an active role in the town. The rink offers year-round access to bowlers of all ages and mobility, and its clubhouse provides an important social area, reducing isolation and creating a vital support structure for many individuals. The lending from Triodos will finance the development of a new indoor bowling green and renovation of the clubhouse with upgraded facilities and a gym.
