Wickham CLT provides long-term affordable rentals in an area which has very high house prices, with many local people unable to afford to buy or rent at open market levels. The funding from Triodos has helped the trust to purchase 10 residential units which will be offered as long-term, affordable rentals, complementing the units already held by Wickham CLT which now has a total of 18 properties for affordable occupation.
