Visa Click to Pay is a service that brings the security of contactless payments to online payments by removing the need to manually enter personal or card information. Simply enter the email address and phone number you use for your Triodos current account to receive a one-time passcode, then enter the passcode to complete your payment.
Visa securely store and encrypt your card details. You can use Click to Pay wherever you see the Click to Pay symbol.
You will be automatically opted in to this service. You can disable or re-enable at any time via the Triodos Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking.

If your card is blocked and/or you request a replacement, you will not be able to use Click to Pay on your old card.
Once your new card has been issued it will be set up for Click to Pay (if you have it on your old card), however you will need to activate your debit card once it arrives to be able to use it, which includes for the Click to Pay service.

If you are using the Triodos Mobile Banking App, you can follow the steps below:
1. Log into the Triodos Mobile Banking App
2. Select 'More', then the 'Cards' menu and click on the card you want to view
3. Here you will see Visa Click to Pay which you can toggle on or off.
If you don't use the Triodos App, you can change your details in Internet Banking by following the steps below:
1. Log into Triodos Internet Banking
2. Select 'Self Service', then the 'Cards' menu and click on the card you want to view.
3. Here you will see Visa Click to Pay which you can toggle on or off.
