I’m trying to apply through the Triodos Mobile Banking App and I need help.

If you sell your mobile device on which you installed the Mobile App, uninstall it first.
It is a good idea to reset your device to factory settings before you pass it on or sell it. This way you can be sure that no personal information (messages, photos, videos) is left on the device.
Mobile onboarding is when you apply and open an account using the Triodos Mobile App. The whole application process is on the Mobile App and includes taking photographs and videos of your identification documents and your face in a secure way that removes the need to send copies or documents by post.
Applying using our Mobile App is only available for Personal Current Account, Online Saver or Online Saver Plus applications.
If you lose your mobile device, you can reinstall the Triodos Mobile Banking App on a new device.
Go to Apple’s App Store or Google Play and download the Triodos Mobile Banking App.
Open the mobile app and follow these steps:
Currently only customers who would like a Personal Current Account, or an Online Saver or Online Saver Plus account, in a sole name can apply using the Triodos Mobile Banking App.
To start your application go to the Personal Current Account, or Online Saver or Online Saver Plus account page and follow the on-screen instructions to apply, providing your details and email address.
You will receive an email verification code to be entered into the Triodos Mobile Banking App.
Next, download the Triodos Mobile Banking App from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, enter the code into the app and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once you have completed your application it can take 1-2 working days to open the account.
When your account is ready, we will send you an email confirmation. You can then open the Mobile App and start using your savings account.
Currently, applying using our Mobile App is only available for Personal Current Account, and Online Saver or Online Saver Plus applications in sole names.
You have 15 minutes to complete the application. After this time the screen will time out and you will have to start again.
