I have forgot my Internet Banking username and / or password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten, or would like to reset, your Internet Banking username and / or password you can do this on the Internet Banking log in page. 

To access Internet Banking click on the log in button in the top right corner of the Triodos Bank website. 

On the log in page, there is a tab called "Log in with username and password". On this tab there are two links; 

I have forgotten my username

I have forgotten my password

Click the link and follow the onscreen instructions to request a reminder of your username or reset your password.
