Why do you charge for a duplicate statement if they are online only?

As standard, your account statements can be found in the Triodos Mobile Banking App under ‘More’ then ‘Documents’, or in Internet Banking under ‘Self Service' and then ‘Documents’. You can download them and print them yourself if required. If you don’t have access to a printer, we can send you one in the post. There may be a charge for this. Please contact us for more information.
