Graham brings a wealth of commercial banking, governance, and leadership experience to the Board from senior roles at the UK subsidiary of the Greek Alpha Bank, at NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland. He is a lecturer and subject matter expert in business and commercial banking in addition to his work with bankers globally for the Chartered Banker Institute.

Speaking about his appointment, Graham said: “I am honoured to join the Triodos Bank UK Board. I am a huge advocate through my charity and educational work for social justice, and in particular social mobility and I am incredibly excited about the opportunity to combine my purpose-led and banking experience through finance being a force for good”.
Gary Page, Chair of the Board, said: “I am delighted to welcome Graham to the Board. The combination of his commercial banking experience and passion for positive change, complements the Boards’ existing skill set, strongly aligns with our values and will help us as we deliver on our future ambitions.
“I am also pleased Alessandra is taking on the role of Senior Independent Director as she brings considerable experience, sound judgement and constructive challenge. Our thanks go to Karen Furlong, as she steps down following her second term, she has connected with many co-workers in a very positive way, and we wish her all the best for the future.”
