This year we were also particularly proud to be highly commended for Best Current Account Provider. We are so pleased that that the work and improvements we’ve made to our current account has really been noticed by our customers, and that the customer service being provided by our team has been recognised in this way. 

The awards are organised by Smart Money People, the UK’s largest financial services review website. More than 200,000 people voted in the 2026 awards. Votes for Triodos Bank highlighted a strong commitment to ethical choices, excellent customer support and the ease of managing money via the app or online.

Triodos Bank received an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars from thousands of reviews, covering its full range of products – from personal current accounts and savings to banking services for organisations. The bank was shortlisted as a finalist in eight categories, including Best British Bank, Customer Service Champion and Best Investments Provider.
