The awards recognise financial companies that offer the best products, innovation and service, and are entirely voted for by customers. In total, over 81,000 people voted in this year’s awards.

The British Bank Awards are now in their eighth year and are organised by Smart Money People. Triodos builds on its success at the awards in 2020, when it was crowned crowned 'Customer Service Champion’, and 2021, when it was named ‘Best Savings Provider’.
