As well as high animal welfare standards, it avoids using pesticides and chemical fertilisers and helps to revitalise the earth.

What's more, organic farming releases fewer greenhouse gases than non-organic farming, meaning a smaller carbon footprint. Lending in this sector varies from dairy and meat, to forestry and fruit.
